Seems to dent too easy

The color and fit are good. We have this on medium length carpet with a 5 legged chair with carpet rollers. The users of the chair weigh 130-190 lbs and all leave deep dents in the mat. It seems like it would work better with shorter carpet. I would not buy it again for this length of carpet.

When I asked customer service where the chair mats were she said what size. I told her and she said I have one that size right here behind the desk.. I purchased the one she had and flattened it at home for 2 days and put it at my desk. I think I bought the wrong one because it is very hard to roll my chair. I have to get up to move it. But I used it already so I'll deal with it.

Really wanted to give 0 stars but unable. We are actually going to return it. It immediately had wheel divots which makes it very hard to move the chair around n the mat. NOT happy.
