This chair mat works perfect it is more durable looking than the old one and we had the old one for 6 years. So hoping to get 10 years out of this one.

It is made for very thin carpet. While rolling over with an office chair the mat moves; after it has moves three inches I have to reposition it. The reason it moves: the protruding fingers on the back-side are way too short and not pointed enough to grip into normal carpeting.

Works well on the wood floors. No slipping when I move my chair.

The pad is too thin in thickness and the rollers of the chair press the matt into the carpet cushion

The size and grips on the bottom are working great. It is already indented where the wheels of the chair are. Not sure if that is normal for chair mats.

I get the feeling this won't last all that long. Within 1 day of use it already had indentations from the casters on my chair. time will tell.
