I have purchased several of these for my office. They are very durable & easily wiped down. I have had no problems or concerns.

ECONOMY LOW-PILE CHAIR MAT; 45X53 WIDE L

Our company purchased several of these couple of years ago and so far we only had to replace 2 mats. We really work these mats with our chairs and I like how the mats really hold up.

This mat didn't work from day 1> The wheels made an immediate groove and now I can't move the chair without strenuously pushing it from a sit down position or get up to move it. Ugh I will probably return it

First one we bought cracked in many places...giving it one more chance and it went up $5.00 in price.
