Protects carpet and stays in place.

A thicker harder mat would keep my chair rollers from sinking leaving dents but it protects carpeting against spills and the cleats hold it in place.

I use these mats under my sewing chair; therefore it gets a lot of use with a lot of up and down for pressing etc. I wear them out in a short amount of time.

Poor. Not suitable for Berber

Extremely poor quality. Would not lie flat despite resting heavy weights on it for 4 days. Flexes too much under the chair wheels (I weigh only 145 lb.) Expensive given the quality.

I bought the wrong mat. I needed one for a hardwoodfloor. I returned it and got the one I needed.
