Not quite what I expected

I was looking for a replacement for our old worn out protector. I thought I was getting the same as what I had before. It is not as sturdy or as large as the one I have had for years and loved. I should have opted for the larger more expensive one but did not want to spend that much money.

We bought this to cover carpet where our desk chair is. It fits perfect and is doing it's job in protecting the carpet. Helps greastly to allow to move chair around with ease. Love the fact it is clear as it is not a eye sore when you walk into the room.

Nothing to roll on about...

Use in the office at home. The carpet is very short and very low in size but I find that chairs do not roll across the mat easy. I have 2 types of chairs in the office and it just as easy to roll my chair on top the carpet as it is on the mat. The mat has deep dips from the rolloing casters.

The plastic chair mat I purchased allows the wheels of my desk chair to move more easily than when the wheels were trying to move on carpet without a mat. I purchased a thinner less expensive mat at Staples even though a thicker mat was offered. I will probably return and purchase the thicker mat because I am not satisfied with the results of using the thinner one.
