Tape residue due to rolling mat

I use this mat under the office chairs in my insurance business. The mat quality is much thinner than they used to be. One of main complaints is that the mat was rolled and tape that they used left a residue that we can't get off.

It would be nice if Quill would not put a huge sticker directly on the mat that is impossible to remove. Also should be delivered in a box or at the very least wrapped in cardboard. Not just a mat and big fat un-removable sticker!

This mat really stays in place because the cleats work well. However the cleats are very sharp and will bring blood when trying to unroll it. Needs to be sold lying flat. Be very careful!

I am very sorry I purchased this chair mat. My old cracked mat had more support than this new chair mat. I wish I could return this mat and purchase another mat that was perhaps thicker more substantial. One that will not allow the wheels of my chair to sink into the mat.
