I've had it installed for only three weeks on a parquet floor. If it continues without cracking or otherwise degrading the excellent rating will have been merited. Incidentally it has the same texture on both sides though the ad implies only one.

Good basic product at a reasonable price. It suits our needs protecting our carpets and helping the chair to roll more smoothly with less wear and tear on our old backs.

With Staples the product is of good quality fair price and it arrived the next day. We find it to be well constructed and supports a large desk chair without making identations in the pad.
