Stronger than I thought

Great product. I thought it would be heavier than it is. I did have to put it out in the sun for a little while so it could unfold. I've been using it for a few days and so far so good.

i returned this with the delivery driver on 3/4. I didn't realize until a couple hours after I put the order in that I ordered the wrong product. I needed one for Carpet which I have ordered and received. I only selected poor for rating because I didn't use the product

IT IS WHAT I NEEDED

The Staples Flat Pile Carpet Chair Mat is working. It is what I needed. It is helping me to stop damaging the rug underneath it. It is also easier to move around in my chair and it stops the wheels of the chair from being caught in the rug. Like I said it was much needed. There is one thing that I would like Staples to consider...how about making these mats in different colors. That would be so cool. And it is quite possible that my husband would get one too. He wants a black one. Like I said before it is what I needed and he needs one too.

This one really works. Tried Bamboo and it cracked. Tried the standard plastic unit and it cracked. This model works well on the carpet and doesn't crack slip or slide.

The item itself might be ok but due to the way it was packaged and delivered it is not useable. It was received rolled up and wrapped in packing tape which is stuck to the item and does not come off. In addition the item was not rolled very well and one end was rolled in the opposite direction which creates an edge that is about 6 inches off the floor and seems to be permanent. Consequently having never used the item as it was intended I followed the procedure to have it returned and was told it would be picked up sometime around FEBRUARY 20. IT IS NOW MARCH 14 AND IT HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP. I have contacted Staples twice about this. As I said the item might be ok but the way it was packaged permanently damaged it and I cannot use it. I ONLY GAVE THIS ONE STAR BECAUCE AT LEAST ONE STAR IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS ASSESSMENT. MY SUPERVISOR HAS TOLD ME THEY DON'T WANT ME USING STAPLES ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS.
