I bought this mat about a month ago and am happy with the performance to date. I use it in my office and just placed it on top of the old one to provide added support. So far so good!

This is a good product but as I am using it with an antique oak chair I should probably have a heavier mat. But this one is working great for now!

The chair mat is exactly what we needed in our church office. The gal I spoke to was very helpful in finding exactly what we needed. And the next day delivery was fabulous. Best of all it was done over the phone!

Bumpy Ride
on July 13, 2014

Spikes on bottom don't push into the carpet causing the mat to be bumpy under your chair. And the overwhelming plastic smell when you put them in your office space will give you a headache.

I ordered two of these mats for our office. They are very easy to slide around without moving with you. So far we are very pleased with our choice.

I have found the Staples Flat Pile Carpet Chair Mat Lip 36" x 48" to be a very efficient and durable product for my office setting. It fits perfectly into my office space area. Unless you look closely you wouldn't know that I have this item under my desk. Along those lines the Staples Carpet Chair Mat saves on the wear and tear of the rug in my office. I would highly recommend any small or large business owner to consider utilizing the Staples Flat Pile Carpet Chair Mat for their particular office setting.
