Came rolled up and I was concerned it would take forever to flatten out. Was pleased it did not!

The Mat is way to flexible. I do not like it at all. I see all the indentations from my wheels.

The mat cam rolled up making it next to impossible to unroll it and expect to remain so. Placed reorder with request for flat delivery of mat. Will see if my request is honored.

Buyer Beware (No Packaging & Prop 65 Warning)

Beware of two issues with the Staples Medium-Pile Carpet Chair Mat wtih Lip (model #20236-CC and item #599037): (1) This mat is not shipped packaged or even rolled up and secured. The carrier left it doubled over on my porch. It was dirty and had a huge shipping label stuck to it. There was even the imprint of a work boot where someone had stepped on it. (2) This mat carries a California Prop 65 (cancer) warning which is not disclosed in the product description. The warning appears on a sticker stuck to the mat itself. Had I known about the warning I wouldn't have ordered this mat. I did however decide to keep it. I didn't want to go thru the hassle of finding another mat (I need it now; I already threw out my old one which was breaking into pieces) and I'll limit my direct physical contact with it washing my hands after handling it. I'll use this mat until it wears out but I won't buy it again. Called Staples to complain about all of the above and received a discount.

Not bad but doesn't stay in place

The size is nice but it doesn't stay in place. We have low pile carpet. Not sure why the "spikes" don't keep it in place but over time the mat move & gets bent against the desk leg. It works to allow the chair to roll but we have to keep moving the mat every few weeks.
