Toxic fumes

Smells of toxic PVC upon arrival. Stuck in office; too big to transport outside to air out in an office building. Carcinogenic. But are they all like this?

The assistance I received from cancelling the original order to reorder this chair mat was excellent. I was informed on every step Staples took to handle the order. The mat arrived just as promised and it was in excellent condition. Also my inquiry about discount was answered the very next day.

Have only had this chair mat since February. It's now June and already it's breaking with chunks coming out. Find another one. This one is junk!!!!!!

Great Chair Mat for the Price

I purchased this chair mat during a 25% sale and it was a great deal. I used the free ship to store service and was very happy with the service. It arrived right on time and I received an email and a friendly call from the store saying that it was ready for pick-up. Since it was rolled-up I needed to lay it out and flatten it with some boxes and books for 24 hours. After that it was ready to use and it has been great with no problems.
