Though we had to leave them overnight to flatten out from being rolled up these are just what we needed for our office with no pad industrial carpeting!

I ordered this chair mat because it was for high pile carpet. I have plush carpet and it is very deep. The mat does get caster dents in it if my table on casters sits on it in the same position for a few days. I don't mind they aren't permanent but I had hoped for a little thicker material. One very positive thing I will say about Staples' chair mats is that their claim: " AnchorBar® cleats are easy to handle safer than pin cleats and hold mat securely in place" is very accurate. I can handle the mat without hurting my hands and the mats really stay in place. Very happy with my purchase this is the third Staples mat that I have bought and the only brand I will buy anymore.
