It is very stiff hard to keep top open and very hard to put even a single sheet of paper in at a time. Would not recommend as a thing to buy.

I buy one of these at Staples every year to hold my papers for taxes for the year. This year the 19 pocket letter size black case file was 1/3 more than last year. The size was 1/2 inch narrower! Someone else said that in a review. I thought it was "letter size" so I measured it against last year's. Yup. Half inch narrower.
