Less than functional

It is very stiff hard to keep top open and very hard to put even a single sheet of paper in at a time. Would not recommend as a thing to buy.

I use this product to file paid bill receipts on a monthly basis. It saves time to find a receipt when needed. It has a choice of alphabetical filing or pre-labeled filing.

Repeat buy

This is the second one of these I have bought. We use them for a year's worth of bills and decide to get this again because it is nice having the rigid front back and cover. We have used the other type with the elastic that keeps a flap closed and this is nicer because it seems easier to manipulate and it sits nicely on a desk. Although we had no issues with the last year's I feel the inside dividers could be a little more substantial. We always print out our own category labels and glue them on. One complaint when the case is new and empty it is hard to use the latch because it wants to push in when you try to push the lid over the latch.
