I have purchased this file each year to hold all my receipts bank statements etc.. It has preprinted titles for each file section i.e. "Health" "insurance" "Bank Records" so all I have to do is file. It is sturdy and easy to store holding the entire year of our records at a reasonable price.

This really helped me get organized. It would really be nice if you put a couple extra blank pockets in the Case File. I can now throw away my shoe box of receipts.

This was an impromptu purchase that I made while shopping and I am so glad that I did. Overall this is very sturdy as I have it literally packed to the gills and feel very confident with it's feel that all is secure. Because it is stuffed I need to do a little push pull to latch the case which is my only disappointment although it is minor. There is a plastic lip insert for the slot that the latch fits through to secure it shut and the insert got pushed out. I am sure it can be super glued back into place but even without gluing it in I can hold it in place and still secure the clasp. Being black it has clean lines and nice appearance looking as though it should cost more than it did. The main thing for me is overall strength as well as the strength between the dividers as I have gone to the extreme overloading but in doing so I eliminated a huge pile of papers that I need to access on a regular basis so that my office does not look so cluttered. I would highly recommend this product to anyone

There are many pockets are in this case. The home accounts identifications are very useful. However these are easily changed with stick-on labels if needed. Each envelope will hold many documents. The design is compact and will fit onto a bookshelf very easily. The outside plastic casing is strong. The cover has a simple twist-lock. The sturdy carrying handle makes this file case easily portable. I needed a portable case to bring to meetings in different locales. This case fit my needs very well.

It's helpful when organizing bills documents files etc.. And it's small so it doesn't take up a lot of space so that's convenient.
