Staples Vertical Black letter file

I suggest getting one of these to use for filing your papers that you will need for filing your income taxes. It has lots of pockets that will hold your important papers that you will need to save and use for tax purposes. You should keep one for each year--in case you have to check back something for yourself or for someone else in your family. They are sturdy and are good quality files. They should hold up for quite a few years. They have different colors--so if someone else in your family needs their own they will be easy to know which belongs to who. I really like mine!

Love being able to keep all paper work in one compact place. No more big filing cabinet. I have been using these for about five years now. One for each year. Best way to keep things organized.

Repeat buy

This is the second one of these I have bought. We use them for a year's worth of bills and decide to get this again because it is nice having the rigid front back and cover. We have used the other type with the elastic that keeps a flap closed and this is nicer because it seems easier to manipulate and it sits nicely on a desk. Although we had no issues with the last year's I feel the inside dividers could be a little more substantial. We always print out our own category labels and glue them on. One complaint when the case is new and empty it is hard to use the latch because it wants to push in when you try to push the lid over the latch.

Year-long storage

I have used one of these case files each year for probably 5 years at least. My fear is that they will stop making them. They are easy to use have generous pockets for all size of receipts and important papers and there are plenty of them (pockets). The price was most reasonable for the use I plan to get out of it. They are also durable.

this case is very practical. It keeps my work in order as it travels between home and office. When all files are full though the handle is not very sturdy. This is ok as long you are not toting a heavy load.
