Size too small for me Frequently rolling over the edge and then having a difficult time rolling back onto the mat. There is a slight pile to the carpet ... maybe to much for the mat type.

Floor rep inquired if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for. It was not on the floor but he looked it up & saw it was in the back. He went and brought it to me. What more could you ask - perfect experience.

The chair mat that I purchased was for 1/4 inch carpet. It is simply too thin and the chair wheels create a divot that you can only get out of by rocking the chair until it moves out of the divot. I am not a heavy person at 175 pounds.

This chair mat was not hard enough for an office chair to roll without effort.
