This is the third one I have purchased and I cannot find a better deal for the quality anywhere else. I have tried cheaper brands and they just don't last

Allows chair to roll freely but is slightly smaller than hoped for when compared to others.

I have a medium pile carpet and I purchased this chair mat specifically because the description said "this chair mat stays firmly in place". However this is definitely not the case as I have to re-position it every few hours. Very frustrating!

The store associate indicated the mat might work on 3/8" residential carpet. Although it is better than no mat it quickly develops depressions from the chair casters. It would appear the other thicker mat would work better.
