Very thin and doesn’t hold the weight of a desk chair

I bought this chair mat because it was the right size. The problem is when I put a desk chair on it without even my own weight ( I weigh 100 lbs) it has indentation where the wheels sit. I would not recommend this product for any type of carpet application.

The mat itself is great. It was not boxed when shipped to house their was no packing at all it was just the mat and left in front of my door. I thought paying the special handling fee would include it in a box of some sort..

Although I was happy with the mat itself I was not happy with the delivery. It was not wrapped or n a-box. Found it just thrown on my stairs /driveway also sticker delivery label attached directly to it. It was not easy to get off!

Not the quality that was lead to believe. Does not hold up on medium pile carpet without indentions. I am not a heavy person so I can't equate the issue to weight. It just is not the quality that was expected for the price.
