Moved to a new home with carpeting at my desk so I purchased 2 of these mats (2 desks). The corner of one mat cracked either in opening it or during transport. I have been too busy with the move to return to Staples. I'll likely look for a more substantial replacement at that time.

When we received the order we were dismayed to see that the actual product doesn't look like the image presented on the website. We verified we had ordered and received the correct product number. There is no narrower part that sticks under the desk (pictured at the top of the website image). It is just a rectangle.
