Unfortunately this is not a product I would recommend. It is flimsy and the office chair wheels make dent marks in it after just one use.

We got this all rolled up but we laid it down and put a dictionary on one corner plus the desk chair and it laid flat right away. Durable and works great.

The pad was rated for medium carpet pile. My Carpet is medium. The pad walks the prior pad that I had never had to be realigned this one requires it about every 4 days.

Exactly as I expected from Staples. I've bought these chair mats from them since 2011 and I keep going back. Only once have I purchased elsewhere -- meh. I came back. The best part? It was delivered earlier than initially promised! Thank you soooooo much!

Chair causes indentations

Since the price was good I ordered the High Pile mat instead of the Medium Pile mat I was using previously (although my carpet is only 3/4" deep). Based on the info on the Staple site I thought this would be an upgrade. After only a day there are indentations where the casters of my chair sit. They seem to "correct" themselves if I move the chair to another spot for a while but it's not ideal. I would think the problem would be even worse on an actual high pile carpet.
