I purchased this item from Staples and it showed up with absolutely no packaging and it was wet and covered in dirt. I tried to clean it but because of the grooves I couldn't get it completely clean and I didn't feel comfortable putting it on my carpet. I can't believe they ship items without any packaging. Now I am trying to return the item and it's a complete headache. Save yourself the trouble and order this product from somewhere else.

Mat is thin and will probably need to be replaced within a few months the mat it is replacing was over three years old
