The price was great but I wish it were thicker like my old one. My old one lasted for 10 years. I do not see this one lasting more than a year or two if I am lucky. It is too soft too so I am not sure if it is just the thickness or the rigidness that would make it last longer.

I thought this will be ok since my apartment unit has a commercial type of carpet the cheap quality. Based on the product description this chairmat is great for commercial carpets and not really suited for thick and high-end quality type of carpet. After only a few days of use it has already deep dents coming from the casters of my chair. It's probably just a matter of time that I will be seeing holes on the chairmat. Well I only paid [$] and it's just about the right price anyway.

Okay for the price but is not as thick as other chair pads. May crack over time. Dimensions specified should be clearer ie the 36" is the width. The ad does not specify. Good for carpet that does not have a deep pile.

This mat is much smaller than the one we had before. It is much too soft and gets pockets where the chair rolls over it. The edges also curl. Wish I had purchased another one like I had before. It was harder and larger. This one was a waste of money for me. I would only recommend using this on a concrete or no pile carpet.
