I have ordered several of these chair mats and so far all are functioning as expected. Time will tell if they crack too soon.

I use it for a Home Office. It has to be replaced every year because it cracks after 6 months and becomes useless after 12 months.

These are far better than the chair mats [...] sells. We had problems with the [...] mats cracking and falling apart very easily. These are much more durable.

I was disappointed when the mat arrived. I requested and thought the product would be a "T" style. It does work well though.
