Had a new berber carpet put in and needed to have a mat to put my office chair on so it could roll easily under the desk. This mat fit the bill very well.

I carefully reviewed the specifications before ordering and was confident it would meet my needs but upon using it found it "floating" on the carpet just as the previous Staples 85 mil mat I had. I feel stuck with it now.

Althgough time will tell. So far so good after about 1 month. I have it over wall to wall carpet in a bedroom office with plush padding. And I must tell you I weight 290 lbs. Like everything I wish it were a little cheaper.

wish it was a little thicker after a few days using the desk chair on it a few hrs a day it kinda buckels down where the chair wheels roll even if its a "economical chairmat" it shouldnt do that it defies the purpose of having it..its not very bad though..just ok i guess

had new carpeting installed....installer told me to get the plastic pad because it would help with less wear and tear on carpet. With the pad the chair does not roll easily. The pad itself keeps moving...which forces me to keep moving it.

Walking to much for me to handle

The only reason for returning the matt was because it walked on my carpet. Although the carpet is not that plush it is dense and possibly has a high nylon content. I'm told that is why sometimes matts walk and sometimes they don't.
