different quality

We bought one from same store is very good. But this one is not good after few use can see hollows. We have the same weight and using the same chair why this happened? Unfortunately we cannot find the receipt. we never think of will need to return this product. Can I reurn it and get the better one and pay the difference?

This was the only chairmat that was offered in my local store. That is the reason why I purchased it. I had just installed new carpeting and I didn't want my office chair to damage the carpet. This chairpad was basically a waste of money. It moves every time my chair moves at the desk. I have to constantly take the chair off the pad and move the pad back to where it is supposed to be.

Even though our carpet is not considered extra-high pile we bought this hoping that the thickness of the mat would keep my husband's chair from sinking into the mat. It works wonderfully.

We had one for almost ten years. It started cracking down the middle where chair rolled back and forth. Got a new one just like it.

This is a great chair mat. I went into Staples with a 25% off coupon didn't check to see if any were on sale I needed one badly. I walked to the back of the store where an employee was standing next to the chair mats. She asked if she could help and I told her I needed a chair mat preferably the cheapest. She pulled out a [$] chair mat and carried it up front for me. When she scanned the chair mat it scanned as [$]. She walked to the back and came back with a scan card said that it was wrong on the shelf but would give it to me at this price. Another employee walked past and confirmed that they would honor the cheaper price but told me that there was another section of chair mats that was on sale for [$]. That employee even goes back to that display and brings it back. Sure enough it rings up [$]. I was so excited! And after my 25% off coupon the final price was $11 and some change. Can't beat that. Thank goodness for wonderful employees!
