We purchased this item to put in a sales office with very low matte carpet but mostly to protect the carpet and for the desk chair to roll more easily! It works great and was a good price. Fit our need perfectly! We have not had them very long so can't comment on crack resistence or discoloring!

After seeing the damage done to hardwood floors without having a chairmat I wanted a chairmat as soon as my new hardwood floor was installed. This chairmat does protect my floor where my chair sits but it does slide around somewhat.

I have a recording console with a number of units that require varying adjustments when doing a project. I can easily move to different positions in my roller chair with no difficulty. The size is just right and the quality of the mat is excellent. I would recommend it highly. It's a real buy.

I bought this chairmat to protect my new hardwood floor in my study. After seeing the destruction that was done to my old floor without having a chairmat I knew I wanted a chairmat to cover all possible areas that my chair would roll on. The size and shape is perfect for my computer area.
