Good basic product at a reasonable price. It suits our needs protecting our carpets and helping the chair to roll more smoothly with less wear and tear on our old backs.

I've had it installed for only three weeks on a parquet floor. If it continues without cracking or otherwise degrading the excellent rating will have been merited. Incidentally it has the same texture on both sides though the ad implies only one.

With Staples the product is of good quality fair price and it arrived the next day. We find it to be well constructed and supports a large desk chair without making identations in the pad.

ITEM CAME JUST AS DESCRIBED NICE CLEAR CHAIR MAT WITH ENOUGH ROOM FOR A LARGE OFFICE CHAIR AND PLENTY OF SPACE TO MOVE AROUND DEPENDING ON THE TASK DESIRED. THERE ARE ALSO LARGE CARPET GRIPS SO THE MAT FITS NICELY INTO THE GROUND WITHOUT ANY BUMPS OR PATCHES YOU DO NOT FEEL ANYTHING UNDERNEATH YOU WHEN YOU ARE USING THIS CHAIR MAT. IT IS GREAT! THIS CARPET CHAIR MAT HAS VARIOUS POSITIVE FACTORS SUCH AS AN ATTRACTIVE DESIGN COMFORTABLE EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.

Was in need of a chair mat at the time of purchase. Item was on sale and thought it would meet the expectations of home office needs. I was somewhat disppointed in the quality but making use of it as it is.
