Chair Mat Cracked

The Chair Mat worked fine for several months but developed cracks in it and became brittle. The Staples store would not honor the crack resistant warranty and gave me a warranty phone number. They were pleasant to talk to but I had to mail in a warranty request along with a piece of the mat. They were going to send me a new replacement mat. I am at a loss for a mat until I receive the new replacement. Staples used to replace a defective mat at the store and that was very helpful. I wonder what happened to the customer service.

I purchased one several years ago for about the same price that is much stronger than this one. the wheels on the chair put dents in this pad regardless the thickness of the carpet.

Chairmat began to fall apart after about 2 years. Was not abused or used by person of excessive weight. Purchased a name-brand product about 10 months prior to this one and it is still in perfect condition.

GOOD MAT

I can't believe some of these reviews I received my mat flat in a box it's very heavy duty I weigh 225 and have a heavy chair and I don't sink into the mat. It's very thick and easy to roll around on. I guess i just got a good one. RP
