It's hard and works on the carpet.

The plastic is To soft and to hard to roll around because you get stuck

I have bought this product before and I Have been very happy with it. I will continue to purchase this product in the future as the saying goes..."if it ain't broke don't fix it"!

I have bought these mats before (different products) and they all work fine at the beginning. It will take a while to see how the mat stands up to normal wear and tear.

WE LOOKED AT OTHERS AT OTHER STORES. WE GOT 1 FROM THE OTHER STORE AND RETURNED IT TO GO GET ONE FROM STAPLES. A LOT BETTER VALUE AND MATERIAL QUALITY. LOVE IT AND WILL BE BUYING MORE IN THE FUTURE.
