Water is the best way to clean out your body and start a cleansing diet especially after the holidays. It also comes in handy when you don't want city water to cook with. I found some Equal Sugar powder to add to the water to help me think I'm drinking a POWER DRINK and take away the blandness of straight water. Cheers!
