Taste is ok but the packaging to the case was really loose. I purchase 3 case and looked for packing that was not all loose. I hate to be carrying them in the parking lot or up and down stairs and having bottle pop out on one end or the other.

The taste of the water is is fine. (I still love Fugi Water best but for the price) the only fault I see with True Clear is the plastic bottles do not set flat and the plastic is very soft and fold before you finish the bottle. I would tell people about the water but also inform to people my concerns.

Was happy with the purchase because it was convenient but was unable to redeem the bottle price back. no supermarkets accept the bottles for return. If Staples is willing to accept the returns they should inform the customers
