The chair mat is fine except it is too small for the area intended for its use. It is also not strong enough. My chair sinks into the mat making it difficult to move about.

This chair mat was chosen because it was thicker than others and it was for rugs with 3/4" pile (which mine is). However when used it immediately started getting indents. Each of the chair's wheels formed a dent and I had to push to move the chair up out of those dents. I weigh 148 pounds. Apparently the material is thick but soft. Will return it.

I don't think it's very sturdy or will be long lasting. Its too thin and my chair leaves indentations when it rolls. I've had it 3 days and it looks like its been here for months. Its not the right product for people over 150 lbs or that use it repeatedly.
