It works OK but is a little thin. The only problem I have with it is that the wheels of the chair carve indentations into it something you notice each time I move the chair. They do go away after while.

Im sitting on a Staples 5 spoke base choir with 2 rollers on each spoke. I weigh today 153 lbs. & the wheels still sink in to the chair mat ...making the chair harder to move! dcg

Size too small for me Frequently rolling over the edge and then having a difficult time rolling back onto the mat. There is a slight pile to the carpet ... maybe to much for the mat type.
