The quality isn't there. It is so much thinner that my old one. It is so thin that the rollers make indentations in the plastic. Very hard to roll the chair while sitting in it.

Soft. Chair leaves deep imprints in mat.

Mat is very thin. Wheels leave depressions that hinder the chair movement.

The delivery was on right on time and price was good. As some mentioned the mat does tend to move forward on the carpet. So know you will need to slide back into place from time to time. Overall a good purchase for the amount we paid!

The pad was a perfect fit for my chair and thus I will not destroy my fake wood like floor :).

Not as heavy as advertised on the tag in the store had to order one to be delivered this mat will fail in about a year. Deflects heavily on a medium pile rug. Check them out before you buy one.
