Its a good and thick chair mat for the price. Free delivery the following day. Better price from other online stores. Made in the USA product.

Very thin. Rolling the chair over it is not much better than rolling on the carpet.

The depressions my roller chair make are not permanent but prevents me from rolling. I guess this is medium-duty as opposed to heavy-duty?

Poor quality

Poor quality chair mat that now has divots under chair wheels. Carpet is 1/4” thick. Mat was delivered with no packaging around it with dirty boot marks all over.
