I don't think this mat is a good quality because it's kind of thin and will not hold heavy weight. I'm keeping it because I bought this for my 9 years old son.

The mat arrived rolled up tightly in a box. It was difficult to unroll and required two people to finally get it down flat and under some weights. But once flat it has been a fine improvement.

Good for hard mat carpet - not the best for pile carpet as the plastic is too thin causing indentations which create ruts making the office chair hard to move.
