The mat matches description. So far no isues. Order was supposed to arrive next day did not arrive for over a week. Staples no longer delivers and uses a carrier so when they say it will be delivered next day or delayed another day you can't count on that.

Good Chair mat

This is a thick chair mat that works well to protect the carpet and my chair rolls around much better on it.

Flimsy weak plastic. Chair sinks in and hard to move around. Took it back after one day. NO GOOD

Doesn’t roll smooth on carpet. Immediately had indentations where chair wheels sat. Disappointed

Better for home carpet
on October 5, 2021

My previous chair mats only lasted 5 years but they were for plain carpet not for home carpet with some pile. I thought the spikes would be longer for thicker carpet but actually the spikes are the same length but the mat itself is thicker. I hope this lasts for many more years. There was a shipping delay that was improved by using a chat. However I was told I would receive some small credit but that never arrived.
