One of the clerks ( I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) asked if I needed help when I first came in. I did need directions as to where to look for the chair mats which she directed me to but cdnt take me as she was at the register. I believe she asked one of the guys to show me for as I headed toward them he came right up to lead me to them & helped show me the. Different ones. None there wd work & as I was leaving she asked if I’d found what I wanted & when she learned I hadn’t she suggested looking on the site which she brought up. Found just what I needed & in s couple days I had it with free delivery. Her help was above & beyond the norm & hope you can figure out who it is as she is to be commended ! Thanks!

The mat is designed for medium pile carpets but is not firm enough to support my rolling chair. In less than two weeks of use the mat already has divots where chair wheels have rested making it difficult to roll the chair while seated.

I bought one of these in August 2022 and about 1 year ago it developed cracks as the plastic is brittle. Low spots make moving the chair casters difficult. Checked with Staples no warranty. Do not buy this item. You will be disappointed.

Despite it being advertised for a medium-thick carpet the spikes are not nearly enough sharp and long hence the mat keeps dancing around the carpet - which is highly aggravating. Not a good product for the high price they charge for it. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I had bought a less expensive mat earlier at Staples for my desk chair. Although it provided a better rolling surface than the short pile carpet it was so thin & soft the wheels would literally sink into the mat. I ordered this one to replace that. It’s great! First it has short “fingers” that grip the carpet keeping the mat from shifting around. Also it is much thicker so the desk chair casters do not sink in. It arrived rolled up in a square box but fortunately it was hot outside so I put it out in the backyard to soften it up enough to unroll it! I’m very happy with my purchase.

Far too soft for for anyone over 200lbs. Chair makes divots that you can not roll out of.
