Less than two months after purchase the chair mat is cracking and has holes in it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Perfect for our office

We have been using these chair mats for years and they are great. The doctors' chair doesn't roll well on the carpet so we got these. We have replaced them a few times because after a few years of rolling back and forth on them literally 100 times a day they do break down! I think for someone who gives them "normal wear and tear" they should work perfectly! They ship them flat now too so there isn't any waiting for them to unroll. I think the material is better than it used to be too because it doesn't smell bad like chemicals anymore.

Much easier to move my office chair around. No more stuck in one spot. Very reasonable price too.

I bought this mat about a month ago and am happy with the performance to date. I use it in my office and just placed it on top of the old one to provide added support. So far so good!
