NOT GOOD ON HIGH PILE CARPET

USING ON HIGH PILE CARPET- CHAIR LEAVES DIMPLES ON CHAIR MAT MAKING IT HARD TO ROLL CHAIR OUT OF DIMPLES. SOFT VINYL. I DON'T EXPECT IT TO LAST- HOWEVER HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY.

The mat is great but

The mat is great but it was shipped to me with heavy duty shipping tape wrapped around it. So now I have not been able to use it because it has so much adhesive residue on it from the tape. I have tried two methods to remove the residue so far and neither one worked. I will keep trying until I get it off but it is delaying my ability to use your product by a few weeks. Very disappointed that I have to bring all sorts of cleaners etc. from my home to my workplace to try to get the adhesive off.

Chair mat could be a little more firm. Chair legs and rollers sink into the mat making it hard to move the chair. I constantly move my chair from side to side and front to back at my desk. The depressions make the moves difficult.

Couldn't find a better price without sacrificing quality. These mats are thick & durable supporting the chair well while protecting the carpet. Great buy.
