I ran three boxes (750 envelopes) through our big HP Laser copier/printer printing mailing addresses on them and only had one jam - when I first loaded them up and put too many in the feed tray! They all came through fine and the EasyClose tabs made it much easier to get them closed and mailed.

They don't need the pull off paper strip because there is hardly any glue. They don't stay closed without additional glue or tape.

Great Envelopes

I purchased these envelopes in order to send out a 2-page mailer. First a 6 x 9 envelope costs the same to send through the mail as a #10 envelope. I think it's more professional and certainly easier to only have one fold in the paper. And the larger envelope accommodates multiple pages with greater ease. The side-opening gives you an easier shot at stuffing the envelope. These envelopes were of a very good quality. There were no culls in the 1 000 envelopes we went through. The easy close sealing system worked very well. It's the type where you simply pull off a strip and press the envelope closed. No licking of the flap is involved. I can't even think of any way they could improve these envelopes. And the online ordering process was extremely easy. I ordered them on a Wednesday evening and they were delivered to my front door by noon on Thursday - for free! Can't beat that.
