First of all it was shipped “naked” with no carton over it. Second the towels are found “dirty” inside the plastic

Was quite happy with this. I have tried many different brands this year due to Bounty so unavailable. This is a fine replacement. Also others commented on a smell. There was no smell for my order at all!. Just paper towels. May stick with this even if Bounty ever cam back consistently.
