Flaps were stuck down on envelopes so could not be used. Returned and replacement shipment was OK..Have used these envelopes for several years and like them for my greetiing cards. This is the second time that I received envelopes with flaps stuck down

The envelopes they sent were all glued shut. The replacements they sent were also glued shut. The third set of replacements were not sent until a week later and were partially useable. I will not be ordering them again.
