I was looking for gummed envelopes but the only ones available were the easy-close. I bought them anyway as I needed some security envelopes. They are more expensive than the gummed ones that I prefer.

They Are AMAZING

These envelopes are the MOST AMAZING Envelopes I have ever used!!! I have been using envelopes for over 40 years and have never seen a product of better quality. Whenever I want to send a letter or check or anything in the mail all I do is fold the item till it fits inside this handy envelope and tuck it inside. But the fun doesn't stop there! Then I peel off the protective quick strip paper and fold the flap closed whereupon the quick strip instantly seals the envelope shut LIKE MAGIC!!! Then I address the envelope with the recipients name and information my return address and the required legal postage. Upon completing these steps I proceed to insert the envelope into the nearest postal receptacle and like magic it is transported to the recipient! I feel that my mail travels much faster in these envelopes and have been recommending them to EVERYONE I meet EVERYWHERE!

Really liked them. Labels went on well and stuck folded great for envelope insertion. peel-off instead of licking is a great thing. If I need more I'll get more of these!

I am hesitant to issue a five star review until I use a few more. The last ones that I bought had inferior adhesive. I am hoping to not have that problem with these envelopes
