These envelopes are easy to use and it so much than sealing the old lick the tab envelopes can't remember how many times I cut my tongue while licking the tabs. I have also received paper cuts form the old style envelopes. I do find alot of the plastic seal tapes in the paper recyclying bin and I am not sure if they are recyclable. It looks to me like 400 characters will fit in this box. Is this a correct statement?

Gum Should Cover Full Sealing Flap Width

The gum should extend fully to the sides of the sealing flap. As it is there are loose pieces of the flap about 1/8" - 1/4" each side which could get ripped or caught. Flap width is about 8-3/4". Gum width needs to be about the same.
