They are very basic envelopes - nothing more to say than that. At over 12 bucks for the box I thought the price was way up from the last time I bought them - good thing I had a coupon

They're cheap and it shows. I love Staples but the quality of these "security" envelopes is bad. I put my documents in several and held each envelope up to a light to test the tint feature: I may as well have used a plain white envelope. I could read every single letter. The adhesive strip also isn't very adhesive. Wasted money.

These are good for mailing checks or other private materials and they seal securely as well.
