After removing the flap /strip to seal ..the adhesive did not close the flap completely. When ready to place in mail box the flap flipped open and did not adhere secure as expected. Staples did not have the single box of "lick" on envelopes which I preferred. Appreciate the fact that the clerk took my return without hesitation. .
