The staff was very helpful. I was looking for a refill for my pen and a staff member was extremly helpful. Unfortunately the refill that I was looking for was out of stock. We looked for the pen that I liked but it was not in stock. However the staff member foud a package of four of the pen I leked so I was satisfied.
