My address and return labels kept lifting off of this envelope. They couldn’t adhere properly. Also the envelope flap didn’t stay adhered after I removed the plastic and sealed the envelope.

I think the Easy Close is overrated. What happened to the gummed closure? Gummed closures are available on other envelopes why not #10? I would NOT recommend the Easy Close variety to anyone.
